The Blown Film Line is now operative and we want to invite you to our first Virtual Event on May 27th, live from our R&D center of Trecate with three live talks to illustrate the characteristics and benefits of the new 27-layer extrusion technology, virtual tour of the company and final Q&A session.
The 27-layer bubble film line uses microlayer technology, which allows overlapping and alternating layers of different materials to improve the mechanical characteristics of extruded films and reduce their thickness. Thanks to the microlayers, the thin layers of polymer are oriented more easily, opening the doors to the use of layers also of polypropylene to increase the rigidity of the film and decrease the pin holes.
