Four three-layer GAP bubble lines with 100mm and IBC chain

We are installing 4 lines 3 layers with 100 mm die and IBC, a very versatile Blown line for low-range and high-flow productions. Some machines will have in-line printing and welding to increase the production yield. The machine consists of 4 heads for a production of 6,400 bags per minute, 380,000 bags per hour and 9,000,000 bags per day.

Today we are moving more and more towards a world where the plastic industries aim to make their products increasingly environmentally sustainable, that’s why every day we continue to test new structures. Our future goal is creating increasingly compostable bags so as to allow a better recycling!
